We are searching for Labourers to start work this week?
Starting on January 27, 2023, Ko Crystal UK Ltd will be hiring labourers for a construction site located in Romford.
Labourers will be performing all labouring tasks and supporting trades on the job site. Among the duties will be:
• Setting up the location before work starts.
• Packing up after shifts.
• Ensuring a safe site; supporting the on-site trades and keeping the workstation tidy
• Any other duties that arise
Labourers need to have the following to be considered for this position:
• At least two references with a history in construction. • A valid CSCS card

BRICK LAYERS
Posting date: 25 January 2024 Salary: £26,800 to £29,800 per year, pro rata Hours: Full time
We are searching for proficient Bricklayers who will lay the brickwork for building’s. The Bricklayers’ skills include reading and interpreting building designs, examining specifications, figuring out the best possible layout, and marking guidelines. Individuals should also be able to properly combine water, sand, clay, and mortar powder to get a workable consistency.
Bricklayers’ obligations:
• Examining and interpreting building plans
• Interpreting work instructions and figuring out the materials needed.
• Measuring the distance from reference points
• Calculating angles and determining the vertical and horizontal alignment of
courses.
• Fastening bricks with wire clamps or cement.
• Working safely on scaffolds and swing stages at various heights.
• Using equipment and tools effectively to perform basic construction tasks
Bricklayer Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED certification.
• OSHA 10 certified.
• Minimum of 1 year’s industry exper

Plasterer Responsibilities:
• Giving job cost quotations to clients and other stakeholders.
• Talking about project plans with clients and stakeholders
• Examining and priming surfaces for plastering.
• Choosing the right plastering supplies for various locations.
• Using the proper materials to protect areas that are not plastered. • Using various plasters on surfaces both inside and outside.
• Restoration of prior plastering work as needed.
• Notifying the site foreman of any structural problems.
• Preparing and mixing plasters, cement, and other finishes.
• Discussing deadlines for projects with other contractors to guarantee timely completion.
Plasterer Requirements:
• A trade school qualification or documentation of an apprenticeship under a licenced builder or plasterer.
• A year's worth of plastering or a comparable position.
• Familiarity with various plastering methods and supplies.
• Effective interpersonal and work-related abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate with others in a group, even in inclement weather, when working outdoors.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand the procedures involved in purchasing materials.
• The capacity to give team members plastering quotes and cost estimations. • Experience in using several types of plastering materials.
• Knowledge of decorative plastering and design are preferential.
